Be solely responsible for actions taken using your account

Prohibited uses include:

Spamming or misusing messaging features

Attempting unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the platform

3. Instagram/Meta API Integration

Our platform relies on official Meta APIs
Access may be revoked by Meta at any time
Botyoo is not liable for disruptions caused by changes to Meta's API or policy enforcement

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled
Refunds are issued per our Refund Policy and only under eligible conditions
You are responsible for canceling your subscription in time to avoid renewal charges

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our platform are owned by or licensed to Botyoo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Botyoo is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Service downtime or disruption
Loss of data or access
API limitations or bans

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botyoo, its team, and partners from any claim, liability, damage, or loss arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in the District Court of Surat.
