We offer a free trial period (if applicable) to allow users to evaluate our platform before subscribing. Please use this period to ensure our features meet your needs.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You submit a written refund request within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- You experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents access or use of core features (not caused by incorrect setup or third-party platform limits).
- You have not violated any part of our Terms of Service, including usage restrictions and fair API use.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Subscription renewals were not canceled before the billing cycle.
- Services were partially used after the subscription period started.
- You experienced limitations due to Meta (Instagram/Facebook) platform changes, bans, or API deprecations.
- You violated our Terms of Service, caused account restrictions, or engaged in spam/abuse.
- One-time services such as onboarding, support, or consulting.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please send your refund request to hevin@botyoo.com and include:
- The email address associated with your Botyoo account.
- Transaction ID or billing reference.
- Reason for the refund request and supporting details.
Refund requests will be evaluated within 5–7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
